Personal Quilts

I have enjoyed being able to make quilts for my kids as they graduate from High School.  It is really special for all of us.

I have found that when you make your bed, the quilt goes under the pillow and then you have a pillow case that doesn't match.  So I have made it a point to make at least two matching pillow cases for each quilt.  The kids really like that and it is easy to know whose is whose.

It is also quite sentimental to add the label to the back.  I pray over each quilt that it will stay with my kids when I can't and remind them that they are loved.  My extended family has been very excited to receive such a unique gift.
